Privacy Policy
§1 General Provisions
1. The data controller is Kontas Sp. z o.o. ul. Mogilska 43, Kraków 31-545 KRS: 0000926031 NIP: 5213941870. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable law, and their storage takes place on secured servers.
2. For the interpretation of terms, the glossary of the Terms and Conditions is used or as described in the Privacy Policy (if it follows directly from the description).
3. For the purpose of better reception of the Privacy Policy, the term “User” has been replaced by “You”, “Administrator” — “We”. The term “GDPR” means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
4. We respect the right to privacy and care about data security. For this purpose, a secure communication encryption protocol (SSL) is used, among others.
Personal data provided in the form on the landing page are treated as confidential and are not visible to unauthorized persons.
§2. Data Controller
1. The service provider is the data controller of its customers. This means that if you have an Account on our website, we process your data such as: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, position, place of work, IP address.
2. The Service Provider is also the administrator of persons subscribed to [for example] the newsletter and persons subscribed to the webinar.
3. Personal data are processed:
a. in accordance with the provisions on the protection of personal data,
b. in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy,
c. to the extent and purpose necessary for establishing, shaping the content of the Agreement, amending or terminating it and the correct implementation of the Services provided electronically,
d. to the extent and purpose necessary to fulfil legitimate interests (legally justified purposes) and the processing does not infringe the rights and freedoms of the data subject:
1. to the extent and purpose consistent with the consent given by you if [for example] you have subscribed to the newsletter,
2. to the extent and purpose consistent with your consent if [for example] you have sent a message using the contact form,
3. to the extent and purpose of consent with the consent given by you if you have placed an order,
4. the scope and purpose of consent with the consent given by you if you have created a customer account,
4. Each data subject has the right to access the data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
5. Contact with the person supervising the processing of personal data in the Service Provider's organization is possible by electronic means at the e-mail address: tomasz.owczarek@stelio-office.pl.
6. We reserve the right to process your data after termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent only to the extent necessary for the purpose of pursuing possible legal claims or if national or EU law or international law obliges us to retain the data.
7. The Service Provider has the right to share the User's personal data and other data with entities authorized on the basis of applicable law provisions (e.g. law enforcement authorities).
8. The deletion of personal data may occur as a result of the withdrawal of consent or the lodging of a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data.
9. The Service Provider does not share personal data with entities other than those authorized under the relevant legal provisions.
10. We have implemented pseudonymisation, data encryption and we have introduced access control so that we minimize the effects of a possible breach of data security.
11. Personal data are processed only by persons authorized by us or processors with whom we cooperate closely.

§3. Cookies
1. redtowercowork.com uses cookies. These are small text files sent by a web server and stored by your browser's computer software. Parameters allow the information contained in them to be read only to the server that created them. Cookies therefore facilitate the use of previously visited sites.

3. The collected data is used to monitor and verify how users use our websites, in order to improve the functioning of the website by ensuring a more efficient and trouble-free navigation. We monitor user information using the Google Analytics tool, which records the user's behavior on the website.
4. Cookies identify the user, which allows us to adapt the content of the website he uses to his needs. By remembering his preferences, it allows you to properly match the ads targeted to him. We use cookies to guarantee the highest standard of convenience of our service, and the collected data is used only within our company in order to optimize activities.

a) “necessary” cookies, enabling the use of services available on the website, e.g. authentication cookies used for services requiring authentication within the website;
b) cookies used to ensure security, e.g. used to detect fraud in the scope of authentication within the website;

d) “functional” cookies, allowing to “remember” the settings selected by the user and personalize the user interface, e.g. in the scope of the selected language or region from which the user comes, font size, appearance of the website, etc.;
e) “advertising” cookies, enabling us to provide users with advertising content more tailored to their interests.

7. Additional personal data, such as e-mail address, are collected only in places where the user has expressly consented to this by filling out the form. We store and use the above data only for the purposes necessary to perform a given function.
