§1 General provisions
- These Terms and Conditions define the rules of operation and the conditions of use of the Website.
- The Regulations define the rights and obligations of the Users using it and the Website Owner in the scope of providing services electronically in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means.
§2 Definitions
Whenever the Terms and Conditions refer to:
- Service — this should be understood as websites:
redtower-office.com
- To the user — this should be understood as the person visiting the website.
- Personal data — this means information about an identified or identifiable natural person ('data subject'); an identifiable natural person is a person who can be directly or indirectly identified, in particular on the basis of an identifier such as name, identification number, location data, internet identifier.
- Website Owner/Owner — this should be understood as Kontas Sp. z o.o. ul. Mogilska 43, Kraków 31-545 KRS: 0000926031 NIP: 5213941870.
- Cookies (so-called “cookies”) — this should be understood as IT data, in particular text files, which are sent by the Website, stored in the User's terminal device (computer, laptop, smartphone) and intended for use of the Website.
- Server Logs — this should be understood as information about certain user behaviors that are subject to login at the server layer.
- SHOWS — this should be understood as Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
§3 Terms of use of the Service
- The User is obliged to use the Website in a manner consistent with these Regulations, applicable law, good customs and the purposes of creating the Website, and in particular in a manner that does not violate the rights of third parties and the rights of the Owner.
- If it is determined that the User by his behavior and actions violates the provisions of paragraph 1, the Owner has the right to take any action leading to the omission of these violations by the User, without excluding taking measures aimed at repairing the damage suffered in this regard.
- The Website Owner reserves the right to:
- the occurrence of interruptions and disruptions in the operation of the Website, in particular due to maintenance activities or related to its modification;
- introducing territorial, time, technical or age restrictions on access to the Website;
- closing the Website without prior notice to the Users.
- The Owner is not responsible for technical problems or technical limitations occurring in the computer equipment used by the User, which prevent the use of the Website, as well as for possible consequences of malfunction or illegal use of telecommunication links, which are beyond the Owner's disposal and the damage caused by them.
- The User is obliged not to take actions leading to disruption of the stability of the information systems of the Owner or deterioration of the quality of the services provided by him.
- The Owner does not bear any responsibility for any consequences of the use by the User of the information obtained from the Website.
§4 Responsibility for content
- The Owner is only responsible for its own content posted on the Website.
- Links posted on the Website may lead to websites or websites operated by other entities. The Website Owner is not responsible for services operated by other entities.
- The Website Owner shall make every effort to ensure that the information posted on the Website is regularly updated and drawn up in a clear and careful manner, however the Website Owner does not guarantee the completeness and constant availability of the information posted on the Website.
- The Owner reserves the right to change the content of the information posted on the Website, supplement them, shorten them or completely withdraw them.
- The Website may contain links to the Internet addresses of third parties, only on the basis of a separate agreement concluded with the Website Owner.
- The provisions of paragraph 4 above do not apply to content posted at the request of public administration bodies and entities with which the Owner cooperated before the entry into force of these Regulations.
§5 Copyright
- The content of the Website is protected by Polish and international copyright law. The rights to all materials posted on the Website are reserved to the Owner or companies and authorized persons (e.g. business partners, customers).
- No part of the Website (including texts, documents, files, graphic layouts, graphics) may be reproduced or distributed in any form or in any way without the written consent of the Website Owner.
- Infringement of copyright by the User results in legal liability specified in particular in the provisions of the Act of 4 February 1994 on copyright and related rights.
§6 Technical requirements
In order to use the Website correctly and unhindered — the Website User should meet the following minimum requirements:
- have a computer, smartphone or tablet connected to the Internet, and the upload speed should be at least 1 Mbps and the download speed should be at least 10 Mbps;
- have a web browser with JavaScript enabled and CSS 3.0 capable of displaying on the screen of a computer, tablet or smartphone hypertext (HTML) documents linked on the Internet by the web service www.
§7 Services
As part of the Service, the Owner provides:
- the ability to respond to queries sent by the User via contact form
- possibility to order a free quote — via free quote form
§8 Protection of privacy
- The principles of processing personal data on the Website are set out in:

- Information on the processing of personal data (information clauses) included in the forms through which Users' personal data are collected;

- The rules for the use of cookies are part of the Privacy Policy, e.g.: Cookie mechanism and have been posted on https://redtowercowork.com/polityka-prywatnosci
§9 Final Provisions
- The Owner will make every effort to ensure the proper functioning of the Website, but cannot guarantee that the Website will work without failures and interruptions.
- In case of any objections to comments and reservations regarding the operation of the Website, the user may report them to the Owner by sending an e-mail to the address tomasz.owczarek@stelio-office.pl
- The Owner reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions in the event of important reasons, including changes in applicable law. Information about any change to the Terms and Conditions will be posted on the pages of the Website, no later than 14 days before the introduction of the change.
- To the extent not regulated in these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law apply.
- The Terms and Conditions shall enter into force on 01 March 2021.
